Yet another sneak peek

I have two more sneak peeks from my DVD set.  But first I have to tell you about a giveaway going on at BBTB2.  BBTB2 has a "1000 Party Giveaway" celebrating the blog topping 1000 followers.  Today they are giving away one of my DVD sets.  So if you go to BBTB2 and leave a comment under Day 2 you will be eligible for the drawing.

The two layouts featured today are titled "Baking with Mom" and Birthday 2.  Each of these layouts has unique elements that make it different from the others.  The Baking with Mom layout uses a different type of cut as the photo mats.  It is a layout that provides a lot of options for photos and journaling.

The second of today's featured layouts is Birthday 2.  This layout is also versatile in that it can be gender neutral; the colors and patterns of the paper will set the gender.

This layout also features an 11.5 x 11.5 inch lacy edged cut on both pages.  The cut file is set up so that all you have to do is load the paper and select cut.  In addition to using the decorative background cut on the Birthday 2 layout, you can use this same element on other pages.

You can probably tell from the paper I chose that I wanted Birthday 2 to be more of a boy's birthday layout.  That is because Birthday 1 was done in girly colors.  And even though this layout has a lacy edged cut, it still works for a boy!!

Two More Sneak Peeks From My DVD

With a total of 18 layouts on my DVD set I have several sneak peeks that have yet to be shared.  The two here are from the layouts titled Ready to Ride and Birthday 1 (and yes, there is a Birthday 2)!  On the birthday layout in addition to using Plantin Schoolbook and Celebrations cartridges, I also used the I-Rock tool to set the gems on the birthday hats.  The I-Rock is not necessary to complete the layout as you could use the adhesive backed gems.  However, if you are looking for a reason to purchase the battery operated I-Rock, this could be you opportunity!

The ready to ride layout features bicycles from two different cartridges, Just Because Cards and Independence Day.  If you only have one of those cartridges, cut that bicycle twice!  Ready to Ride is one of those layouts I wish that I had been able to do for my own children, but I never photographed them on their bikes.  Now that they are 25, 22, and 19 I wonder WHY we omitted bike photos.  If only I had been a scrapper back then!

If you would like to see additional sneak peeks just click on the Busy with the Cricky Productions tab under the title above.

My older son and his girlfriend are visiting for a couple of days so I am off to lunch now!

Still Busy With the Cricky....

I am still busy, busy in my scrap room working on the final dvd edits.  I lost a few days due to illness, but I am determined to meet my release date.  I am going to honestly tell you that I like sooo many of the project layouts so much!  It seems that my "favorite" changes every couple of days!

Because I have been so involved in the dvd project, my other crafting has suffered.  I did not participate in BBTB2 this week and the only baking I have done was homemade pita bread (using this recipe) that I made to go with this chicken souvlaki recipe.  Both were WONDERFUL, by the way.

I am sharing yet a few more sneak peeks of layouts from the dvd.  I hope you enjoy them.

Sneak Peek Number Two

Are you ready for sneak peek number two?  I have been so busy creating my new product that I did not make time to participate in this week's Bitten By the Bug 2 challenge.  So in total slacker style, I am offering you sneak peek number two of my product.

I will be back tomorrow with a new project to share - a layout with cut file for you!!

Busy with the Cricky Sneak Peek

Oh hello! It is sneak peek time!!!  I have spent the last two months creating a new product which will release later in July.  It is a product that I am proud of and very excited about. In fact, I cannot wait for you to see the entire finished product!!

So until the official release, I am going to give you weekly tease-peeks.

This week's peek is called ......... Oops, I cannot tell you the name yet.
